Bird's-Eye View of Yellowstone National Park - 1904 Henry Wellge Chromolithograph

This is a rare 1904 bird's eye map of Yellowstone National Park looking south from the entrance in Gardiner, MT, toward the Teton Range. The artist is Henry Wellge (1850-1917). Wellge was known for his bird's eye views. This bird's eye map predates aerial flight and is a rendition by the artist, using his imagination, of what the park looks like from above. It is reproduced in fine detail.  This is one of the most collectible YNP posters and is an interesting conversation decor piece. Highly recommended in large format.
